Rental of Garage Parking Over Winter

Any resident who owns a parking spot in the garage has the option of renting that spot during the winter months to other residents in the building. All transactions must be made through the Property Manager. If you are interested, please contact Lisa Williams at lisaw@mpm-nj.com for more information.

Spots are rented on a first come, first serve basis and there is limited availability.
